An avid adventurer and Outdoor Recreation Director in Europe for a decade, guiding groups in kayaking, rock climbing, sailboarding, team-building, skiing and personal development; I’m now focused on guiding you through areas of communication, personal styles, time and self-management, marketing, building residual income, generating customers, and building a Hartful, artful life that supports you on your terms.
I live for discovery, whether it be internal (new insights, ideas, outlook, self-awareness, learning new things or ways to have, do or be) or external (new technology, new countries, cultures, languages, activities, recipes, sports or getaways). I use my blog to share my personal discoveries, adventures and misadventures around the globe. I learn so much through travel and other people, cultures, customs, and problem solving when things don’t go right in far-away lands.
